How the library works
Where a law was enacted in Bangla, we show the Bangla text only. Where the government has published an authentic English text (for example NBR’s texts of the Income Tax Act 2023 and the Customs Act 2023), it sits beside the Bangla as a second PDF. We do not use unofficial translations.
Each law has its full text section by section, the official PDF, its amendments and links to the guides that cite it. Before you rely on a provision, check the latest gazette and amendments; the library is a reference, not legal advice.
Need a provision read against your facts?
The library gives you the text of the law, not how it applies to you. If a decision turns on a section, an amendment or an SRO, ask us to read it for you.
