Where the matter needs discussion, book a 30-minute video or telephone consultation with the appropriate barrister, advocate or consultant. The fee is paid at booking and is credited in full against your engagement fee if you instruct us within 30 days.

As quoted in writing
For court work, documentation, document searches and verification, we send a written quotation. Work begins when the engagement letter is signed and 50% of the quoted fee is received; the balance is payable as set out in the letter.
No work is started, and no fee is incurred, until you have agreed the quotation in writing.Chamber

Common questions
Is the written assessment really free?
Yes. Send the facts and any key dates by email, WhatsApp or this form and we reply in writing within one working day, without charge or obligation: whether we can act, the realistic options, who would handle it and how fees would be set. It is a preliminary view; a formal opinion, document review or verification is quoted separately.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply within one working day. For an arrest, a bail hearing or a deadline in the next few days, call the chamber rather than using the form.
Can I consult by phone or video?
Yes. Clients outside Dhaka and abroad usually consult by phone or video call, and send scans of their papers in advance.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Copies of the main papers, a short timeline of what happened and any hearing date. Please do not post original documents until we have spoken.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. What you tell us stays between you and the chamber, whether or not you go on to instruct us. Do not put confidential details in the enquiry form until we have confirmed we can act for you.
How are fees set?
A preliminary written assessment is free. A 30-minute video or telephone consultation is Tk 10,000, paid at booking and credited against your fee if you instruct us within 30 days.
