Barrister Mohammad Rasel is the founder and Head of Chamber at BD Advocacy in Kakrail, Dhaka. He was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn and has been enrolled as an advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council since 2009 (enrolment no. 11170). He is also an accredited mediator, arbitrator and negotiator.
His own practice centres on corporate and company secretarial work, income tax, VAT and customs, including company formation, foreign investment structuring and tax disputes. As Head of Chamber he leads a team whose advocates handle family, inheritance, land and property, criminal and civil matters before the Judge Courts, tribunals and the High Court Division.
