SRO No. 147-Ain/2026: VAT exemption for startup companies
Exempts startups registered with NBR (as defined in Part 2 of the Eighth Schedule to the Income Tax Act 2023) from VAT on local supplies, on imported services and on rent, under s. 126(1) of the VAT and SD Act 2012.
